Maybe I am missing out on some key nutrition habit, but I don't bother -- ever -- to eat veggies with breakfast. No desire for them at that time. Its usually some combo of oats or bran cereal, eggs, milk, fruits (strawberries or banana), and always coffee. I take my daily multivitamin at breakfast, also, and have *neon bright yellow whiz until sometime after lunch

Lunch & dinner I always have a salad or significant veggies raw or steamed.

*ever since I switched to Twinlabs

Other then a veggie omlette, anyone else have any suggestions? Also, for my mid morning and mid afternnon snacks, I have Muscle Milk. Should I, and how would I incorporate veggies into this meal?? I'm trying to refine my diet and get a little "stricter". Right now I'm dieing for a comp. and I feel I'm losing too much muscle. I have about 14lb to go, and 5 weeks left.

As long as you keep the PB&J early on in the day you are fine.. also try getting the Strawberry Perserve's that have no sugar in them and are sweetened with Splenda..oh and eat the Pb&J on whole wheat..

I eat pb&j when I am in a pinch for time. Usually once or twice a week.

I get reduced fat pb, and smuckers makes a low-sugar strawberry jelly that's like half the sugar of regular jelly.

Not sure how good that is for me, but it's what I've been doing.

juicing is a way to get some extra veggies, also try snacking on veggies like mini carrots or seedless cucumber

I have a more in depth response to this, but I want everyone to see it, so I'm starting a thread for it.
