Veggie Prep..

I've been eating raw veggies with my protein as a side dish to help shed some weight, but it's starting to get old. How do you guys prepare your veggies? I was thinking a light stir fry sorta thing, but what can be used for flavour, that isn't nutritionally gonna hinder weight loss?

Preferably something I can whip up from scratch, but a pre-bought sauce or something could work. Any idea's?

Steam them.

Do you have crockware? Just a little water and 2 minutes in the microwave does just about anything. Drain the water, add a teaspoon of smart balance or olive oil, and spices that blend with whatever is the cuisine theme of your main course (example: basil, thyme, & parsley goes well with Pesto chicken- the Italian theme).
