Not that I know of, especially in California. I doubt any franchise chains would want to deal with the headache.

Check for a local hardcore style bodybuilding shop. That's your best bet.

bro.. just buy it offline. bodybuilders.com has good prices on it. its banned in the states, so good luck finding a store that sells it, let alone, one within driving distance of your house.

Ephedrine has always been legal. It's Ephedra (the alkaloids of the Ma Huang plant that were not pharmaceutical grade except for psudoephedrine) that was banned. And as far as that goes the ban-lift was only viable in certain states, and only for things containing 10mg or less of the L-ephedrine alkaloid (there are other alkaloids that ARE dangerous).

As soon as the lift was made though the FDA filed an appeal, slapped injunctions all over the place to keep it of store shelves, and are currently going as far as to seize EpheDRINE shipments to this country.

It has nothing to do with fat burning, and everything to do with meth labs.

I used to work at a nutrition store here in vegas and we would sell tons of it ($11.99 ea). Customer just had to be 18+ and I think there was a limit of 6 per customer per month. A little bit of a drive from lancaster though.
