Using Laxitives To Cut Weight

So I need to be 170 by saturday morning I'm currently about 178, I've been trying to cut since last thursday and I actually made it to 175 this past monday but then I was hungry and thirsty so I did both and bam I was back at 180 yesterday.
NE ways I am considering using laxitives to lose a couple.
what brand should I use and how many should I take?
Also how many pounds of crap do most people crap out when they do this?

well, laxatives might not be the best way to go.

Ive used salt pills, which are pretty disgusting too, but they help. Basically try to lose your water weight. Those sweat suits, the ones that look like garbage bags are actually really efficient.

I dont know if laxatives is the best way to go, i dont know how they might affect your body for your match, or whatever it is youre doing.

Just when youre done, get some electrolytes like gatorade in your system. Drink a lot of it.

Hope that helped.

Don't take laxitives. A friend of my family was constipated, and she took some. She woke up in the middle of the night projectile vomiting. She puked so hard that she popped the blood vessels in her eyes. She lost her sight for a little bit, and her eyes were bright red for a month. You never know how your body will react. Don't use such substances without a doctor's supervision.
