Hmmm... 17% of the protein is digestable raw? Dang. That takes the egg out of my protein shake... Wish I'da read that before...

BAh eat you're eggs. They are good for you. 36 years of life and I have only met 1 bad egg as opposed to the people that eat them :/

Non organic eggs have omega-3's via giving chickens flax seeds. I have a feeling that this omega-3 is ALA for that reason. Also, what type of omega 3 is in regular organic eggs?
