Hmmm... 17% of the protein is digestable raw? Dang. That takes the egg out of my protein shake... Wish I'da read that before...

Non organic eggs have omega-3's via giving chickens flax seeds. I have a feeling that this omega-3 is ALA for that reason. Also, what type of omega 3 is in regular organic eggs?
