Not, they take me 3-5 minutes to prepare. I have 8 different canisters of Muscle Milk in my cabinet right now, and they aren't nearly as tasty. I often use MM in my shakes.

MM is nice in a pinch, but it's not a satisfactory meal replacement on a regular basis.

Stay in D&S and read a bit more. You'll be cracking these out in no time, and disappointed in yourself that you weren't doing it before.

You're the only one robbing yourself of your own potential: that's how I look at it.

Oh, and there's no reason this should be stickied at the top of the page.

It's already stickied in the FAQ. If you guys aren't reading the FAQ, then you're trying to get to the second floor from outside the building. Kabuki put a lot of effort into a aggregating those threads as an intro to guys.

I got to say that I just love protein shakes. It is my favorite drink after my workout.

is there such thing as a lean protein shake? I'm looking to cut down and not have a shake that will bulk me out. IE...im front loading all my carbs in the morning and really high protein low cal.

"Lean protein" is a bit of a redundant term, if you're talking about PWO shakes and carbs in general. If you want to cut down calories consumed, use straight whey protein and water.
