Well,I guess the absorption rate is greater when you cook them.Not really wasting,just not getting the most out of your eggs.

it's like what, one in 3,000 eggs with that ummm, disease. I forget, it's nothing to worry about. I put eggs in when I don't have whey protien. had to do it all last week when i ran out.

Turtle Shake is really good for the first few times, but after your 4th or 5th in an hour, they get kinda nasty.
