Here you go:

40% Micellar Casein
30% Whey
30% Fats (About half of which are MCTs)

Sweeten with sucralose to taste.

That's off the top of my head, figure its pretty close.

You just use a regular blender for this stuff? Any recommendations of an appliance?

Yeah, blender works great.

No need for an expensive juicer. They just take out the fiber, anyway.

Blenders are best.

QUESTION FOR YOU GUYS.

Am i the only dude here who puts raw eggs in his protein shakes? i use milk, 3 raw eggs, peanut butter, bannana, whey protein, maybe some creatine and thats my daily shake right there...

Its not risky to eat raw eggs like that is it? its just sooo easy to throw 3 or 4 of them in there they are completly flavorless

It's not very dangerous but it's not very beneficial as the absorption rate is lower when the eggs are uncooked.
