I like to make my shakes a little more acid with some pulco

european posters might know the brand

anyway, here's what my recipe evolved to :
pulco
frozen berries
whey protein
organic ewe yogurt
fresh water

some research with yerba mate + pulco is on the way

that one hell of a list!!! You just forgot optimum nutrition: Gold standard whey. Pound for pound it is the best whey protein on the market for its price $40 for 5 pounds and it comes in many different flavors. As far as my favorite protein shake it would have to be for breakfast 2 scoops protein 1 banana or 1 cup blueberries and 3 tbs penut butter. For post work out Take out the penut butter and only use a banana or another starchy fruit

Some of these shakes are quite healthy and great energy busters...while others are just plain joke.

Protein Pudding/Ice Cream...kinda ;)

From the ON Website:

"Instead of spooning down a wee-hours bowl of ice cream, treat yourself to a casein pudding. It’s easy to make. Just mix your favorite flavor of ON’s Gold Standard 100% Casein with half the recommended amount of water. Then pour it into a bowl and place in the freezer for 20 minutes or so. When it comes out, add a shot of fat-free Cool Whip and enjoy an amino acid packed protein treat that’ll do a lot more for your muscles than sugary ice cream."

This thread is godlike. This might sound extremely idiotic to you guys, and I feel like a complete moron, but in a couple of the shakes it'll say like half ice half water, or something, why ice though? Why not just water?

1 tbsp Greens+
1/2 large banana / 1 small
2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Udo's Oil
