Let's hear it for aloe water!
Seriously though i know it's supposed to be good for you, but is it wise to drink after doing cardio or the like? Will it rehydrate the same as normal water or will those little aloes hynder proper reydration with their skin purifing magic?

I love aloe vera juice. I drink it all the time.
1part aloe juice to 3parts water and a splash of chlorophyl.

I used to have chronic reflux problems. That drink made it disappear.
