Zerocrew1984 Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Mesa, Az Posts: 5,489	Ultra Mega Green & Ultra Mega Gold I got both of these for free. the guy at GNC told my mother in law that the maximum greens are for a veggie supp and the Gold is a multi vitamin and they both should be taken.... is this true? It seems to me that more or less that while mega green(maximum greens) has more veggie supps, it's ALSO a multi vitamin and taking both of these supps would be kinda like overload.... __________________ The Beard is mightier than the vibrator- Ziltoid
