First i would recommend a better daily multi, maybe a better quality protein and you can never go wrong with creatine, even though i regularly leave it out. Ive been trying to use it properly as of late

ZMA, fish oil, multi's, & protein are all great staple supplements... but, if you are taking them for the sole purpose of increasing aerobic performance, I doubt you'll notice much if anything from it.

BA is probably more what you're after. I wouldn't stop taking the supplements listed though... they're good.

Agreed. Never tried BA, but caffeine in any form works wonders for me.

Beta alanine is the way to go I think.

Creatine for the recovery aspect

I'm thinking of going back to creatine monohydrate as of late because of the negative things I've been hearing about creatine ethyl ester

Beta Alanine is amzing. Take 2g 2x a day and you will notice it. You will notice your anerobic capacity increases a lot.

Beta alanine is also good ofr recovery I think as it bufferes lactic acid.

Creatine and beta alanine are the two supplements I firmly stand by. They both hel recovery, strength, and endurance.

Multi, fish oil, and protein are good for recovery but I do not think they have a profound effect on any type of cardio. They will just help you recover from workouts better I think.

I also like to take 20 mg Zinc ( I use zinc picolinate) a day as I read that athletes are likely to be deficient. Not good as low zonc can cause low test.

Can't you just stop taking creatine 2 weeks before the fight? That should be enough time. Take it during training though so you can at least recover better and workout harder. Unless yu are fighting every other week I don't see the problem as long as you stop taking creatine two weeks before the fight.
