But dont worry about running as much, start out by lifting 3-4 hrs a day then get into a routine. (low rep,heavy weight to increase max. Also it seems that you protiene intake is high for your size.
You cant beat the wal-mart creatine and protein powder for 15$. Ive found a lot of expensive supplements to be a waste.
