Don't waste your money... they first started the sterol craze in the 80's. When the Andro's came out in the 90's they were pretty much gone. Now it looks like they are trying it again. The shit is worthless.

I played college soccer this year and im about your size, (5,7 150) But streght is very important in every sport you play, includeing soccer. But dont worry about running as much, start out by lifting 3-4 hrs a day then get into a routine. (low rep,heavy weight to increase max. Also it seems that you protiene intake is high for your size.

You cant beat the wal-mart creatine and protein powder for 15$. Ive found a lot of expensive supplements to be a waste.

I would say leave that product alone.

They have a really good weight gainer though, 'Real Gains' im using that at the moment and love it.

Other supplements i use are:
* Vit C
* multivitamin
* whey (on's 100%)
* E-bomb - BCS
* NOS2 - BCS
* ZMA
