True Chuck Eats Subway EveryDay??
I remember a thread in the MMA Forum a while ago talking about a friend of the thread starters owning
a Subway in SLO and apparently Chuck went in there everyday and ordered the sub of the day. I was just wondering if you believed this way true or not??

Who knows? who cares? Many athletes succeed despite their diet. For instance dave tate. For you and I, eating the sub of the day from crapway is not the healthiest thing to do. Nor will it help our training.

Well, there is a subway right next to the kb dojo in San Luis Obispo. I belive the story to be an exaggeration though I don't doubt he's been in there.

believe it or not, there is more than one way to eat a well-balanced diet...SHOCKING! Subways not the best food, given, but its not like you have to eat only one way to be an athlete.
