Triple Omega 3,6,9?? (vitamin world)

Well my local GNC is now a Vitamin World. They were out of fish oil when I went, but they had this Triple Omega stuff. Its Flax seed oil, Fish oil, and Borage oil all in one (capsules). What the hell is borage oil? Is this stuff any good? I have read about all the benafits of Omega 3 fatty acids, but what are the benifits of Omega 9 fatty acids? Should return it and just order normal fish oil off GNC's website? Thanks

What is Borage Oil?

I'd pay more attention to the concentrations of oil per capsule, personally. I hate taking a handful of pills, so I get the most concentrated I can get. Right now I'm taking GNC's Double Mega something or other fish oil. After this bottle is done I'm going to give Flameout a shot since I've heard so many good things about it.

If the EPA and DHA amounts look good I'd just use it up and try something else next time if you dont like it.
