Substitute the broccoli for any meat and it would fit right in with my regimen, and I'm 5'10" and 146.4 as of this morning. And no, I'm absolutely not one of those genetically skinny guys. I fuckin' wish, because then I could have some biscuits with it.

I know that you're keto. What carbs do you actually have then if stuff like broccoli is out?

Usually? None.

I have one day a week where I get carbs. Otherwise it's whatever carbs are inherent. There's some carbs in cheese, usually negligible, but in that monstrosity pictured above they'd actually make some difference. lol

Cool man, I actually feel better the lower I go with carbs too, although broccoli is still very much on my 'good list'.

I only asked you about your diet because with it being keto (pretty much) I wondered what few carbs you were actually eating since broccoli and other presumably other veggies aren't in the diet.

Thanks for answering.

Do you have the carb day for glycogen? If so, I figure hard training keto athletes would need 2 carb days a week from constantly depleting the glycogen stores
