he talks about his diet in the book " inside the lion's den" but the book is fairly old. maybe his new book?

There wasn't much of a diet in "Inside The Lion's Den.", maybe he's talking about the new book.

just wanted to know his diet, I pick around looking at every other fighters diet I like to try new diet's

I think in his first book he talked about drinking lots of juice and water no caffine. Um I think they ate like several times a day, chicken breasts and egg whites you know stuff like that. He also says he has one day where he eats anything he wants like even a double bacon cheese burger. Keep in mind though he did say his guys trained like three times a day.

I dont know it was a while ago. That and he used steroids in pro wraslin.

Looks like he eats 5200 calories a day- 42% protein/47%carbs/11% fat.

Christ,pretty clean,but hell you'd have to train full-time to even fit in all the eating and prep/cook time!! And i think an average joe would spend an excess of 160-200 beans a week just to be able to get all the food!
