Question about a Multi Vitamin!
I went to go pick up Ultra Mega Green from my local GNC because I felt that with my diet I could use it. However when I got there I was informed they don't carry it in Canada. She suggested I take Progressive Multiple Vitamins & Minerals. She (lady who works there) also said it was the Canadian equivalent to Ultra Mega Green. I was wondering if anyone can give me tips on how good this stuff is before I waste the cash on it.
