Too much protein?

how much is too much, if any. The good and the bad. let me know.

Excess protein is burned up as energy... there are better explanations than that out there, but the bottom line is, if its not needed its just broken down like about anything else you would eat.

Unless your eating a chicken for breakfast, half lamb for lunch and Rump roast for dinner with beef jerky as snack inbetween i wouldnt worry bout it.

It depends on the overall diet you're on. If you're on a low carb diet then you obviously need a lot more protein.

actually Im fairly certain most protein is not converted to energy as typically as carbohydrates are. It may be under especial stress, but otherwise protein is simply expelled from the body.
