Anyone here try Kelp noodles or Sweet Potato noodles?

Ive been having sweet potato noodles latley in my stir and had a question. Are these still complex carbs or is it similar to white vs whole wheat bread where they bleach and enrich the sweet potatoe to make the noodle? It doesnt say on the package i got. Or maybe it does, i just cant read Korean.

Sea Tangle Noodle Company: Kelp Noodles

Also wondering if anyone here has tried kelp noodles? Seem like a good alternative to people who still love noodle dishes but dont want the carbs. 4oz of this brand has 1 gram of carbs(fiber) and 35mg of sodium and thats about it.
anyone tried this stuff?
