Too many vitamins?

Forgive me if this is a noob question, I eat 3-4 servings of fruit a day, and usually 4 servings of vegetables a day. I also use animal pak and am probably going to start using a greens powder. If I do all of this, will I be taking too many vitamins? I've heard that ODing on certain nutrients can be toxic and so I just wanted to make sure.

If the veggies you're eating are green mostly, then yes the animal pak is pretty useless at that juncture. I'd use just a simple multi, less expensive and you don't need to take umpteen pills per day.

Any simple multi that you would recommend?
