Is it too late? Calcium

I've lead a very unhealthy lifestyle. Always eating junk food, never ate cereal, veggies or milk.

Now, I'm 26 and I'm feeling the effects of it. I have arthritis on both hands, shoulders, fingers, etc...

Is it too late to start taking calcium? Will it matter? I don't like milk, so what's the best way to take calcium? I'm thinking of taking those calcium pills.

Just be sure to take vitamin D with calcium, although arthritis isn't because a lack of bone strength. You just need to move more. Get some workout bands, and download any of the multitudes of band training videos out there or websites that guide you through it. Workout bands are great for people with joint pain because they provide smooth resistance and no impact at all. Best of all, they're relatively cheap.

Calcium, if you really want to increase your intake, is best taken with natural foods. It's also a fat inhibitor, along with natural apple juice. Try eating more yogurt, spinach, broccoli. soy milk, almonds, or cheese (not melted) for good sources of calcium that are natural.

Stay away from soy. In the gematria system, soy has the same value as Satan. Well, not really, but it's still bad stuff.

For joints, fish oil helps a lot. Eat wild salmon.

Have you been evaluated for your arthritis? You are too young for wear and tear (osteoarthritis). I would get worked up for this to make sure there is not a treatable cause.

Calcium 1200mg daily with at 800IU Vit D = no problem but see your physician to evaluate your arthritis if you haven't already. Your story is concerning.

MS??? You mean Multiple Sclerosis I presume? If so, even his brief presentation does not resemble MS, but there are other concerning but treatable conditions I am thinking of. Bottom line the o.p. needs to see his MD about the arthritis.
