After reading Poliquin's Q&A a few t-nation members are trying the 45 grams of fish oil per day. Just thought you guys might want to check it out. Crazy.

45g a day? WOW....I'm at 6, I wonder if how much that cost to go up to 40g/day. Damn!

Wouldn't that be all the criteria for worst diarrhea?
45g of Fish Oil is clearly insane. I have a hard time getting over 2g, I can't imagine going 22x that much. |
