Thermogenics and cardio
have those of you who have dabbled in thermogenics noticed your wind is missing when you're on them?
I feel jittery but gas a lot quicker, is this common or is it psychosomatic?

I think what you find is that your intensity is increasing, so you can't go quite as long. You're so ramped up that you don't notice you're pushing the pace, so it seems like your cardio has gotten worse.
That, or it makes you so tense you're actually using more energy than usual.

That sounds about right to me. But somehow it works out due to the extra pump.
