Brewers yeast

does anybody know what brewers yeast actually is, a friend of mine tells me that he takes
8-12 pills a day and gets muscle mass and definition. Sound like a type of steroid to me, but idk if it is or not.

B-Vitamins are water soluble, so it's almost impossible to build a toxic excess of them.

Yes, they work, you should have a MV; that's like the #1 supplement to any diet.

One of the biggest bonuses of B-Vitamins for muscle development is that B-12 increases your appetite, so guys who take it and build muscle are usually just getting the calories they need to build lean mass they weren't getting before.
