Testosterone level

Hey!

I thought I'd increase my testo levels a little higher, but no steroids or prohormones!

I thought I'd do this by eating good things with loads of nutrients.

Any suggestions?

Also, anyone used ZMA? what are the side effects?
Tribulus is not something I want to use.

You're not going to be able to increase test levels beyond normal with food.

Do a search on ZMA. There's a ton of threads here, and a load of info if you google it. Despite how it's marketed, it won't increase your test levels unless they are abnormally low secondary to a zinc deficiency. It's more of a recovery supplement.

There's a recent thread on tribulus. It wouldn't have helped anyways.

Suggestions? Lift heavy shit.

Hey, I'd like to raise my testosterone levels...just not with things that will actually accomplish that!

To some degree, but not like hormones or prohormones would, not even comparably to.

Gammo-O increases your test levels naturally by up to 800%.

Well....

There is a lot of stuff you could "take" that aren't illegal steroids or legal phs but it all depends on how far you're willing to go.

If you want to "naturally" boost your test with "proven" methods:

1. Increase your fat intake dramatically, increasing your fat intake to be more than 50% of your caloric intake has been shown to increase T levels
2. Be sure to do your leg workouts, I've read here and there that leg workouts increase test production
3. Rice, not that Uncle Ben's garbage, real fucking rice. Get some sushi rice, brown rice and other such stuff. They actually extract the active ingrediant in gamma-o from rice. Granted you won't be getting that much in just rice but you'll still be getting some. Rice is also a good source of carbs and proteins.

I'm not here trying to sell you anything and quite frankly don't care if you believe what I say. I URGE you to do research for yourself.

Incorrect. You won't be able to do 300%, 800% raises, but you'll still be able to push measurable increases with diet and exercise.

Do prohormones even work? I've tried some of them and never noticed anything.

Pro-hormones are about as effective as walking up to a chick at a club, punching her in the face and then asking her to lick your bunghole to a gleaming shine. Sure you very well may achieve your desired results but you have a significantly greater chance of doing irreversible damage.
