TEN POUNDS in 6 weeks?
I am 5'9 and currently weigh in at 170 (Post Training) - 173-175 (mornings)
My goal is 160 in 6 weeks.
How can I achieve this? I haven't seen any loses and my current regiment that is as follows (begun last week)...
training:
5 days a week. (pad drills, moderate sparring, calisthenics, running) at 6pm-8pm
Grub:
9am Morning, protein shake with stack (fish oil, multi vitamin, Glucosamine and green tea extract)
11am Snack, rice cake or a piece of fruit or beef jerky and bottle of water.
2 pm Lunch, Tuna or Chicken with crackers or whole wheat. take stack (fish oil, multi vitamin, Glucosamine and green tea extract)
6-8pm training
8:30pm Protein shake
9pm dinner, chicken breast (foreman grill) and some kind of veggies and some juice (cranberry or apple)
11pm-12 sleep and wake up at 800am
I don't have any type of direction when it comes to my diet, I just kinda made it up by reading well these and other forums. Please recommend any changes to help reach my goal.
I know I eat kind-of late but my schedule is really fixed.
Thanks for any suggestions please feel free to point out obvious no-nos.

If you check the FAQ in (I believe the conditioning forum) there's an awesome section by Ian Coe about cutting weight,

Ditch the juice, rice cakes, crackers.Get some nuts, toss a handful of spinach in your protein shakes. Those are my off the cuff recommendations.

Basically up the protein and lower the carbs...cut out the crackers and the occasional rice cakes and definitely cut out the juice.
limit the fruit and if you can switch any fruit for vegetables. you should lose a few lbs of water weight quickly and lose a few pounds of fat too...you might need to add one or two days a week where you do some HIIT.

Spinach in shake and substitute rice cakes with mixed nuts.
....For some reason I was under the impression that rice cakes weren't that bad... I mean they are popcorn and stuff.

I think the general consensus is that they are a relatively high GI carb, so they'll do funky things with your blood sugar.

HIIT?
Why the fruit and fruit juice? (excuse my ignorance) ...assuming its the sugars?

Dude you look big in your pic! cant imagine you at 170
Yeah i hear you, but got my first armature match in a month and a half and need to lose lbs since I am 5 9' 170-175lbs
Want to be at 160-162 by then. I am a lil soft in the mid sections so I do have stuff to lose.

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training
Funny term for sprint-type work really.
