Tasty alert

For what it's worth, here's an interesting concoction I came up with that was rather tasty:

1 grilled salmon fillet
1 cup washed chopped raw spinach
3 tbls Spicy Three Pepper Hummus
2 whole wheat pita halfs.

Grilled the salmon on a Foreman grill
Chopped the spinach and mixed with hummus
Shredded the salmon after it cooled and added to spinach and hummus mix and spooned into pita.

While I have been very careful this whole week about where my carbs were coming from, I felt this meal I wouldn't worry too much about the pita's since I was out doing serious yardwork this morning prior to lunch.

On a high note, I have lost 11lbs on this my 21st day of getting my shit together. That's 3.6lbs per week.

Thank you. And as for Big C, it's meant to just open the gates of the viewers awareness instead of inducing full blown madness. This way, when the stars are indeed right and the great rising occurs, people will more readily accept their fate due to subliminal conditioning and familiarity.

If Lovecraft wrote the Punisher, that's what Frank Castle would wear on his chest.

Yeah, fitday.com is pretty cool. You can even download the software if you dont have access to the internet. Not bad for free shit.

I'm down another 2lbs for a total of 228lbs from 241. The eating is going well, but I need to ratched up the intensity of the conditioning. I was hoping for another 3.6lbs of solid blubber loss, but I'll take 2.
