Also I noticed at my local herb store that they are selling some Nettle root that has expired at a reduced rate. I think it's like a year old, but the guy said it wouldn't hurt me or lose any of its potency. Now I'm wanting to try this supplement out because I read about it in Tapout Magazine. I'm just not sure if I want to trust this herb guy. So what do you guys think ?

I take my multi in the morning, fish oil with every major meal. I don't know about the other two, since I have never taken them.
