taking a much needed break from creatine..now what?

ok so ive been using creatine post workout and NOxplode pre for about 4 days a week for about 1 whole year....ive started to worry about the liver/kidney problems associated with this, and ill be taking a physical soon to see how my body is doing....but i know once i stop using these products I know i will see some changes like: my strength go down, i might lose muscle, therefore lose weight, i will look smaller......i will try to replace the creatine post workout, with a plate of oatmeal, and i will replace the NOxplode, with 2 cups of coffee.......is there any other safe supplements i can use to temporarily replace those supplements?HOw badly can i expect my strength, weight, and size to change? How much harder can i expect my workouts to be???also, does anyon routinely take breaks from these supplements to break the tolerance, or just to keep ur organs healthy?

I'm really digging Beta Alanine right now. That is my suggestion.

I take the 1 month breaks from the creatine products from BSN or Gaspari after using them for 3 months and then take milk thistle from Nature's Science for the liver support. During the off period I fear the strength and muscle loss too so I just try to eat a lot more and buy more weight gainers to use.

i would use a better method on cycling the noxplode and creatine. I personally am going 2 months on, 1 month off. I would never go more then 3 months on them, you need to let your body clense itself from that every now and then

iv been on no-explode for about 2 months and am now taking a month of, i think a lot of it is mental you just assume that the workout is going to be a lot harder with out it, but so far iv found that my strngth is still exactly the same and my cardio, just that i dont have the intensity where i would be literally running arund the gym. Think it is a must to take a break from it all cant be good for your body to constantly make it deal with digesting all the extra supplements, after my next fight im guna colon blow and then do a day fruit detox and a week completly free of all sups

You would need a fast acting carb pwo, oatmeal is slow. Like finnegan siad, try BetaAlanine.

There is no need to cycle creatine. Your kidneys aren't going to be damaged provided you drink enough water.

Maybe I'm off a bit here, but, shouldn't you off-cycle EVERYTHING for at least a little bit to give your body a chance to clean itself out...thought that was the entire point of off-cycle.

What I'm thinking is less from what I've read and more from I dunno...common fucking sense. Your body needs time to clean the garbage out and it can't do that if you don't stop supplementing. Is that difficult to understand? Do you need years and millions of dollars worth of studies to back that simple idea up?
