T-Nation Article Regarding Cheat DAYS and Fat Loss
Kind of interesting that JB got in on it when he has stated that cheat meals are good for bulking phases only. I'll probably buy the book just for the 75 new recipes by JB.

It sounds like a solid concept. Utilizing your cheat days to keep your body in check while cutting. I'll definitely be reading more about it.

From my own experience, I would concur with this idea. Next cheat day for me is in two weeks.

I signed up for the test group for this diet. Unfortunately, I was unable to do what all was required for the testers, so I didn't actually participate. I did however, receive a document with all the details. Basically it's:
Mon & Tues-Low carb (protein, fat, green veggies only)
Wed & Thurs- Mod carb (add in veggies)
Fri & Sat- High carb (veggies, fruit, pasta)
Sun- free for all
Personally, I think an approach of carb cycling, which works similarly, is much better in that it allows you to assign your diet to your workout days, and not having to move your workouts around to fit the diet.

Did this diet get into grams of carbs for the low/mod/high days?

I picked up the book, it'll be a good read regardless of whether or not it works. I don't need to lose anything really, but I love the idea of binging on shit food guild-free. Ill let you know how it works out.
