sometimes I grab sushi for lunch.
I've been getting brown rice tuna/avocado rolls for the most part but a lot of other stuff comes with multi grain rice.
is there a huge nutritional difference between the two, I assume both are better than the white rice varieties but is multigrain good to eat as well?
Okay since no one knew what multigrain rice was here is a breakdown of what it contains.
"Our signature blend of 15 grains includes: Black Rice, Glutinous Millet, Corn, Brown Rice, Non-Glutinous Millet, Red Bean, Buckwheat Rice, Glutinous Foxtail Millet, Black Soybean, Glutinous Rice, Job’s Tears, White Sesame, Amaranth Grain, Barley, Black Sesame"
so what do you experts think just stick with the brown rice variety or is this comparable?
here is a link to the website in case anyone is interested, I get my sushi at whole foods which has genji make them in their various stores.
