Icon4 supps for joints

should i take supps for my joints if they're "crunchy"? i move my joints in circles, arms for example, and i could hear & feel them "crunch" but i feel fine, should i be concerned? i hope that my joints won't be too messed up when i'm older if i dont take supps for joints...

opinions?

Man whatever jack ass, there is a search function. If your ignorant ass used it, then you would see numerous discussions on this topic already.

Coach,

You can be helpful or you can be an ass.

Guess which one you chose?

Bunzo,

Use the search function before starting a question topic (redundancy for effect).

Also, as stated glucosamine/chondritan is heralded by many people. Personally with my "crunchy" knees I've found that bananas (potassium) helps.

Hyarulaonic Acid blows glucos/chondritoin out of the water.

Yup shame on me. You don't get sick of the same old shit posted over and over and over? Mods and vets do, that's my point.

you might want to try a deep tissue massage to get any knots out of there....that just might take the crunching away..it took some of mine away...though I would say mine was...clicking It certainly won't hurt.
