Seriously I e-mailed them about it and called yesterday and left a message.

My only assumption is that because they ship from Alberta and I'm in BC, maybe the package moves too quickly.

I don't live in Canada so I'm really of no use to you. I will say that I usually always get a tracking number when ordering supplements. Even if the company doesn't send you the number there has got to be one. I believe all shipping companies keep track of parcels via tracking numbers, regardless of if they are just delivering it across the street or not.

I order my stuff from sndcanada which I believe has the same owner as supplements canada and I have yet to recieve a tracking number even though they say during the order that they will email it to you. I have even emailed them on two occations and have never gotten a reply back. i keep getting my stuff and very fast so I keep ordering but still worries me somewhat.
