What do your workouts look like like? You only need the creatine once per day but the protein will depend on your workouts. For the protein buy the Equate Whey Protein Isolate.
Why only Walmart by the way?

Are you saying the Weider Creatine is just overpriced? Is this true with all their products? I really don't mind paying the little extra for a better product, but if it's the same as the generic, then I'll go with it.
And, I downloaded a torrent of John Basedow's 45 minute workout and threw it on my PSP.
This is the routine:
Incline Press + Bentover Rows (2*10 @ 20lbs dumbells)
Flat Bench Flyes + Single Arm Rows (2*10 @ 20lbs dumbells)
Incline Pushups (10)
Decline Pushups (10)
Squats + Standing Calf Raises (2*10 @ 20lbs dumbells)
Lunges + Stiff Leg Deadlifts (2*10 @ 20lbs dumbells
Shoulder Press (2*10 @ 20lbs dumbells)
Lateral/Frontal Raises ((2*10 @ 15lbs dumbells)
Alternate Curls (2*10 @ 20lbs dumbells)
French Press (2*10 @ (1) 20lbs dumbell)
Concentration Curls + Tricep Kickbacks (2*10 @ 20lbs dumbells)
30 seconds between sets. But, I'm a bit of a fatty so I'm taking a bit longer.
I do it once in the morning before work, and attempt to do it when I get home. I'm only a week or two into this, so I can't fully finish the evening workout, but I'm getting there.
And, unfortunately Walmart is pretty much the only supplement source in my area, so it's all I have to work with.

Apparently, you have the internet to work with. You can order supplements on line and probably even save over Wal-Mart prices...
If you want to get real cheap just buy some Gatorade powder and mix it with some whey. Use somewhere between a 4:1 - 2:1 ratio of Gatorade:whey. Take this during both of your training sessions. In one of the sessions, throw in your creatine to the mix. After both sessions eat some quality meals that are heavy on carbs, low on fat, and moderate protein. You can also skip everything and just eat carb/protein meals after training... it just depends on your budget, goals, and craziness...
EDIT: I just re-read your post above. Are you saying that you do the same lifting routine twice a day?

Cost of supplements is not the problem, shipping is. Being in the northern part of Canada has it's restraints. Extra shipping, duty, and delay are things I don't really want to worry about at the moment. Maybe when I'm more involved with training, but right now I'm just a beginner, and I'll stick with whatever I can find locally for the time being.
And yes, I am doing the same routine twice a day. Would you recommend otherwise?

First, I'm not familiar John Basedow's 45 minute workout. Does it actually recommend that you do this twice a day? It doesn't change my response to you but I'm curious...
What is your main goal with the program? Strength, conditioning, weight loss?

Weight loss.
And no, it doesn't specify to do it twice a day, it's just that I have some spare time after work. Should I be doing something else? Cardio perhaps?

I think your best bet for weight loss would be getting a good lifting routine and do it 2-3 times a week (this assumes that you have access to enough equipment for proper loading). Get a good HIIT routine going and do it 2-3 times per week as well (sprints rock for this). You can also throw in 1 day of LSD training.
If you are very much out of shape... just a lifting routine and some LSD may be fine until you can progress to more intense workouts.
If you don't have access to a significant amount of weights you can buy the book "Never Gymless" by Ross Enamait.
For a good lifting routine, check out the stickies in the S&P forum. I don't like the routine you posted above.
There's always more than one way to skin a cat but this is my advice.

yeah man, run if you can, or do burpees... i'd have to say they're the best weight loss device ever invented

As for weight loss, I don't think he needs to be taking carbs pre or post workout. Just the whey is fine.
The biggest piece of advice I can give you is that if you're going to do light weight workouts is to do then with INTENSITY.

just quoted because if I could redo my post (we wrote at the same time), this is what it would say

For your supplements, Clint07 had some great advice. Definitely pick up some fish oil pills (omega 3) you don't need to supplement with 6 & 9. Get some whey protein and use as much as you need to for protein supplementation. Picking up a multi vitamin might not be a bad idea... a greens powder would be better (although they may not carry it)... but you may not need one if you consume a high amount of veggies (and you should). Creatine is great but you could probably do with out it if you main goal is fat loss.
Get your diet on the mark above everything else. The best supplements and training in the world can fail if your diet sucks monkey balls. If you aren't already, follow Berardi's 7 habits (you can Google it) and you'll be good to go.

The Six Star products are solid. I would stay far far away from anything with Weider on the package. I love that everything six star sells is priced at $29.95 (in Canada at least). Bonus for you if you are trying to lose fat and add muscle is that they offer a pretty good fat burner.
