Supplements for tendons and other connective tissue?

Is there any good supplements for bad tendons, ligaments & muscle attachments?

I´ve searched around and I´ve found some threads about glucosomine and condroitin being good for bad JOINTS, but not for the stuff mentioned above.

I have problems with inflammation (spelling in english???) in muscle attachments in the pectoralis and both biceps and tendon problems in the outside of the wrist due to heavy pressing (and right now my hipflexor is kind of fucked) so I eat a cycle (1 week)of antiinflammatoric painkillers such as ibuprofen when it gets worse from time to time. I also eat omega-3 regularly.

Any help is appreciated.

MSM, Glucosamine and Chondroitin is actually good for joints by way of repairing connective tissue. Bromelain can also help with inflammation. Shark Cartilege is also very reputable. And if it's severe there's an expensive but worthy product called Wobenzym that will help.

Along with systemic enzymes, collagen supps are good.

Helped out the severely hyper extended elbow a year ago.

I got bicept tendonitis. Glucosamine and Chondroitin helps to heal the tendons. Might take a couple months tho.
