Supplements for losing weight while maintaining muscle mass?
I am currently about 5’10 270 pounds. Although I feel that I am pretty strong and in good shape despite some excess fat, I would like to drop down to 205 or lower to compete in MMA and grappling by next summer. I currently work out hard five to six days a week (interval training/lifting, Muay Thai, and bjj), and eat mostly vegetables and lean meats with occasional whole grains. I have been slowly losing weight, but would like to both explicate the process and make sure that the pounds that come off are mainly fat.
Are there any supplements that can assist me in the process of losing weight while maintaining muscle mass?
Thanks

Don't take creatine with products containing large amounts of caffeine.

Eat less, less often, and try drinking green tea or an energy drink (Monster Lo-Carb) before you eat breakfast, if you do have anything...
...I put my old lady on the energy drink diet, and it seems to work pretty well

Clenbuterol... nothing beats it for cutting fat.

Creatine and Glutamine compete for the same receptors, so taking them simultaneously is inefficient.
Creatine won't make you fat, though, you'll just retain water (on the monohydrate).

What about combining Xenadrine XFC (which has green tea and a bunch of other stuff) with some sort of protein after workouts to maintain lean muscle?

Take the Xenadrine before you work out (especially before cardio) as caffeine loosens essential fatty acid chains in the body- causing your body to consume a greater amount of stored fat as energy.
