Supplements for joints?

Are there any supplements out there I can take for my joints? In particular, I'm looking for something that will help with the soreness in my knees. They are not hurt by any means, but with all the crazy stretching and Jiu Jitsu every day, they are the only part of my body that doesn't fully heal.

Is there anything I can take to help with the joint recovery? Currently I am taking L-Glut, BCAAs, and Protein for muscle recovery, but they don't seem to be helping the soreness in my knees.

msm-glucosamine-chondroitin combo works well for me. i also take fish oil daily. these are probably the most common two things that people take for joint health. many people also swear by cissus, but i didn't notice anything when i tried it.

Glucosamine/Chondroitin #1
Hyaluronic Acid/MSM -potentially helpful....HA helps me with joint stiffness
Fish Oil
Cissus - helps with tendons/ligaments sprains

Glucosamine/Chondroitin+Cissus would be my initial stack to see if it helps....other basic stuff like Fish Oil, Vitamin C, etc will help also in synergy,,,but then again these should be your basic everyday supps to begin with...

MSM

I have been using it and the only strange thing is your nose hair starts to smell like Sulphur lol. Because its basically sulphur your ingesting but its good stuff. Supposedly it helps your hair and nails grow faster.
