Anything that increases Serotonin will increase focus, so B vitamins and sunlight.

Phsychotropin by ergopharm is an excellent supplement for focus and memory. Anything with rhodiola, caffeine, chocamine, will all be good for focus. There are many nootropics out there that have great effects

I noticed HUGE increases in my focus/memory when I started taking a 2:1 carb/protein ratio drink peri-workout.

Im a lurker here (MMA Fan), but am affiliated with Serious Nutrition Solutions (SNS), I don't wanna act like some undercover shill or anything, but Id suggest trying Focus XT pre workout, it really is a good product that I think you guys would like.

Im more into lifting than anything else, and I find it great to lock in and provide a good energy boost as well.

Nootropics like Piracetam are also quite good for this purpose, and Im also a big fan of AMP from Ergopharm, can't forget AMP.
