Help?

How exactly are you training your cardio? I know you mentioned running, but how are you going about performing your running routine?
If you aren't already performing these in your routine, I would highly suggest Windsprints. Windsprints can work wonders for cardio. Also if you train with a group of guys (around 5 guys) try out the Indian Runs. I remember back in my middle school track days, we would always warm up by performing Indian Runs for a few miles, and it really aided my cardio.
Before my injury (partial achilles tendon rupture) I was reintroduced to the Indian Run through Rugby training, and felt as if my cardio instantly increased just by performing them. (I am positive it was more of a placebo effect, but who cares if the feeling is good, aye?)
I honestly cant think of any supplements outside of maybe caffiene, that would aid your cardio (this is not to say there isn't any). If you are merely jogging or half-ass sprinting (not intended as in insult!) in hopes of increasing your cardio, I would suggest looking in to other techniques that could help and not supplements.
Take Richard Emling's advice.
