Anyone have any experience in this area? I've read a few articles scattered across the 'net regarding this; the theory is that certain enzymes in supplemental form can act as anti-inflammatories, helping to deal with musculo-skeletal injuries.
So, since I've been running like a maniac this summer, I've developed mild plantar fasciitis, and more recently, pulled something in my back while doing a vehicle extrication.
So I figured I'd give these a shot:
Infla-Heal by New Roots Herbal
I think a really popular brand in Europe is this stuff:
Wobenzyme
Now I don't know if it'll be any better than the standard NSAIDs like Advil, but I fucking hate being injured more than anything. I have a small stockpile of Celebrex that I'm tempted to dive into, but haven't yet.
Thoughts, opinions, experiences?
