which supplement would help me the most in this situation
Well i'm 15 and 150 pounds, however i can probly lose around ten to fifteen pounds of fat. i am training for wrestling which is starting in around three months, and I am looking for a supplement that will help the most. My priority is fat loss now, not muscle gain, however, if I can do both at the same time even at a slow rate, it would be better. I now lift weights (low reps and focused on power) once a week, heavy cardio thrice a week, and wrestling practice four times a week. i get alot of protein, but I am looking for a supplement. I've heared some good things about xyience products, but are there better ones? thanks.
