Beta Alanine, any "fat burner" really (I use lipo 6x) and a ton of water work wonders for cardio.

Might as well post this in here too, I juststarted taking Beta Alanine the other day, hope it combined with the arganine in NO2Black and creatine do good things for my cardio, well that and quitting the cancer sticks lol.

I'm taking Betasine now, for the past 3 days, feel slightly stronger, more energetic and my breathings better. I'm stacking it with NO2 Black.

I'll see how the combo works for a month or so.

Before xmas I bought 2 lots of 700 10mg tabs from canada

They will last me a LONG TIME

I ordered 200 30mg tabs, but they were out so for the same price they sent 700 10mg tabs. So pay for 200, get 233.

I was quite happy (considering I ordered 2 lots of them, i should have ordered 3 instead of those damn caffeine:effy tabs, same price, 100 doses- DOH).

That's interesting, because everything I've found on ephedrine in Canada has been (as of lately) only been sold in max 8mg tablets. Who was the supplier?

Yeah I keep seeing the same thing but with coffee it does the trick and it has pharmacutical grade on it, so I'm guessing its the real stuff.
