I've wondered how the excess weight would effect my training.

Then again I'm being lazy thai wise lately

I suppose by not taking it 2 weeks before hand and training with that extra weight would help my cardio when the weight is gone.

I put on about 5 lbs purely water weight and its annoying not to mention bad for weight catagories
I have taken both monohydrate and the ethyl esther. (Now currently taking VPX CEX, tastes like shit but seems to work great) I haven't noticed water retention like I did while taking monohydrate. I give 2 thumbs up for VPX CEX for quality but god the taste is horrible

It may taste bad, it may not put on water weight, but does it work is the issue

I know it was more for weight loss but what happened to the old ECA stack?

I know Ephedra was banned for a while but isn't it legal again?

People don't seem to discuss it any more. Maybe I'll go do my own home work... (hurray for thinking out loud!)

After looking at Wikipedia it seems Ephedra is still banned in the U.S. That would explain the lack of discussions.
