Super Pump 250?

Anyone here ever try it? I have read on the body building forums that it is the real deal when it comes to a NO supplement. My main question is does anyone use it before they train MMA and what are your experiences? Thanks.

its a good product before lifting, it gets you fired up for the workout and because of the arginine, makes you feel like you're really doing something while lifting cuz of the pumps you get. as for a pre-MMA supplement, i'd probably stick to a thermogenic product with caffeine, guarana, taurine and/or other known stimulants.

Just bought it today. $39.99 from the Vitamin Shop on sale. I will let you know how it works for both weight lifting and MMA training.

Weight training today. Chest, sides of neck and calves. Intense workout seemed more forcused with lots of energy. Did not lift heavier than normal, but I did not want to stop working out. As for the NO effects for the pump factor, I did not notice a big difference. It reccomends to take only one scoop for the first three workouts and then 2 to 3 scoops after your body gets use to it. So I guess I can't judge the results until I am to my 2 to 3 scoops. Wednesday is MMA training with cardio and I will post my results. Also, it has been stated on Body Building.com that Super Pump 250 gives you the shits hardcore after an hour or so after consumption. This statement is TRUE, which is not good in my opinion. Like water coming out of my ass after 2 hours. Maybe it just takes time for the body to get use to it.

That's a well known effect of Arginine. Lovely, isn't it?

I've been suckered into using it. It's decent, no better than the rest of the overhyped NO/creatine super cel volumizers.....go work out.
