Weight training today. Chest, sides of neck and calves. Intense workout seemed more forcused with lots of energy. Did not lift heavier than normal, but I did not want to stop working out. As for the NO effects for the pump factor, I did not notice a big difference. It reccomends to take only one scoop for the first three workouts and then 2 to 3 scoops after your body gets use to it. So I guess I can't judge the results until I am to my 2 to 3 scoops. Wednesday is MMA training with cardio and I will post my results. Also, it has been stated on Body Building.com that Super Pump 250 gives you the shits hardcore after an hour or so after consumption. This statement is TRUE, which is not good in my opinion. Like water coming out of my ass after 2 hours.

Maybe it just takes time for the body to get use to it.
