Anyone pack all 6meals??

I work in a chicken shop, ive got temption left right and center.
I know how to eat well and most of the time i do.

But my goal is to lose another 10kgs.

thinking of packing all six meals in containers to avoid temptation and to ensure i eat clean throught the day.

Not yet but i need to! Just started Uni and the temptation to eat junk or just not eat very much at all is too high due to either time constraints or the fact all my friends go to the bar for lunch.

I need to find a good solution to keep my food cool throughout the day though. I won't be able to carry a separate cool bag as i already have a big bag.

Could do with finding some little containers that have those cooling packs built in.

i pack 4 of my 7 meals. i don't have a need to pack all 6/7. how long do you work? if you go by the "eat every 3 hours", you'd be out of the house for 18 hours a day?

i'm out of the house from 5am - 6pm and only need 4.

the next best thing to a fridge is one of those igloo coolers. but a good size one and some gladware, and you're good. throw some ice in it or those freezer packs before you leave for the day. and if you work in a restaurant, you can borrow the ice from their ice machine as needed.

I only work 5 hour shifts at work except on Sunday. I really just have to pack a few cutlets or a sandwich for one meal and I still forget sometimes.

My biggest problem is eating vegetables, I really just don't like the way they taste. Besides mini carrots and salads, I just don't really like them. Any body have a tasty variations/ways/recipes for vegetables?

I'm just waiting for the temperature to drop so I can store stuff in my car without it spoiling... I have an icepack and an insulated bag, yet it's insufficient for 8-hour stretches.

Just eat them. After a while you start finding awkward moments where you can't wait to eat a meal for the vegetables. I was on a REALLY strict diet for 3 months and towards the end I would smell cooked vegetables and lick my lips. Vegetables taste good once you lay off sugar and junk food altogether.

I like to saute potatoes, green beans, carrots, tomatoes, onions, and garlic...with some rock salt and cracked black pepper.
