Nice collection of links.

I would remove the Calorie Restriction Society link though. If you click on the video clips link you will see a link to a video by Paul McGlothin. Somebody had previously posted a link for a youtube video by this guy and his wife. They basically eat several small courses throughout the morning and then fast for the rest of the day. The guy has no muscle mass and Sonny that pointed out that he looks like he has scurvy. This style of diet might be OK for someone whose current level of physical activity includes nature walks and shuffle board, but I don't think it is beneficial to athletes.

I like the banana link.
