Snack help please

What do you think of having a microwaveable chicken breast as a snack (bought frozen)?
Here is the nutritional info:

one breast:
Energy 190Kcal
Protein 19.0g
Carbohydrate 3.5g
(of which sugars) 0.3
Fat 11g
(saturate) 3g
Fibre 0.1g
Sodium 0.4g

I was thinking of maybe having one breast twice during a day, do you think this is an ok snack?
Thanks a lot

I would try to stay away from pre-packaged and/or processed foods. Especially for snacks. My snacks are usually fruits or something that I have cooked ahead of time.
