Follow that as strictly as you can the rest of the time. If your schedule does not allow you to eat every 3 hours, then you can
supplement with protein powder, just remember that's what it is: a supplement. It is far better to eat clean whole foods as much as possible.
Also: get a good multi-vitamin (check the FAQ for recommendations.) and some good fish oil.
