Thanks for the thorough detailing of the contents of your garbage can.

Distillation is not mentioned on the bottle. How bad is that?

I bit into it and it tastes like fish. Gross, but reassuring.

My bread says that each slice contains 0.7 g of Omega 3. I guess most of it is flax based, so a sandwich doesn't make 3g of EPA/DHA.

Some kind of freakish cat man

Because you should read this thread. I've used my magic Mod powers to funnel random people here. True story.

Mikemartial: I have a concentrated, 400/200, molecularly distilled fish oil. It also says is underwent "steam deodorization". My question is: does this deodorization process have any negative effects on the purity/quality of the oil?

Just curious, is fish oil a diuretic at all? Since I've upped my dosage to 10 caps a day, I've been pissing like a race horse.
Perhaps the extra veggie water?

I am also taking Udo's 3 6 9 oil. theres no refrence of fish anywhere on the bottle, but i was told its good for omega 3. was i misslead? its also does not say its purified either, i would assume because maybe this blend does not use fish.... but then im confused because the post says fish only contain blah blah blah...

do i not have a good supplement? i think ill go get something new tomrrow anyways because ive had it a month on top of my fridge, i was not aware it was supose to be in the fridge. it doesnt smell or taste bad, but again this might be going back to the lack of fish being in the oil...

http://www.evitamins.com/product.asp?pid=4033 thats the product i use, but i think ill get what the TS recommended tomorrow.

edit: it also says its organic... .lol

I just started getting fish oil and for 120 it was €20/$29. Guess I paid a bit too much for them? Was thinking it would get pretty expensive if I'm meant to take ten a day.

Gotta say I actually love the taste of fish oils. Don't get why so many don't.
